Authorised reseller
Eilik Official is the authorised Australian reseller of EnergizeLab products. We are not the manufacturer. We supply genuine EnergizeLab stock to customers in Australia and to selected international destinations, and we hold current authorisation from EnergizeLab to do so.
Trademarks and intellectual property
Eilik, Eiliko and other EnergizeLab product names, logos, designs and related content are the property of EnergizeLab and are used with permission. All other content on this site, including our own text, layout and images, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Product safety
We want everyone to enjoy our products safely.
- Age guidance. These are interactive electronic companion products. Please check the age guidance on the product and packaging. Younger children should use them under adult supervision.
- Small parts. Some products and accessories contain small parts. Please keep small parts away from young children to avoid a choking hazard.
- Batteries. Our products contain rechargeable lithium batteries. Charge only with the supplied or a compatible cable and a suitable power source, do not puncture, crush, immerse or expose the product to fire or extreme heat, and stop using it if the battery swells or is damaged. Keep any loose batteries and chargers away from young children.
- Care. Follow the included user manual for correct use, charging and care. Manuals are also available from EnergizeLab.
If you ever have a safety concern about a product, please stop using it and contact us at support@eilik.com.au straight away.
Consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and we apply the same care to our international customers. See our Returns and Refunds policy and our Terms of Service for details.
