Does Eiliko need Wi-Fi?
For AI chat, yes. You use your phone Bluetooth and the EnergizeLab app for a one time setup on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Everything else, including more than ten offline voice commands, works without a connection.
Can the pairing be reset?
No. Each Eiliko pairs only once in its lifetime, and that is deliberate. The pairing is a couple link between two Eiliko, not between you and the app, so changing your phone has no effect on it.
Can I change its outfit?
Yes. Gently twist and pull to swap the themed body, and each one brings its own personality and animations. Themed shells are sold separately.
How long does the battery last?
About 40 minutes to charge over USB-C, and up to 150 minutes of continuous use. Standby lasts considerably longer.
What language does Eiliko speak?
English only at this stage. EnergizeLab have said more languages are planned.
Is Eiliko suitable for children?
It is an interactive electronic product containing small parts and a rechargeable lithium battery. Please check the age guidance on the packaging, keep small parts away from young children, and supervise younger children during play.
