Eilik Official respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information, and what your rights are. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
The short version
- We collect what we need to take your order, deliver it and support you.
- We never sell your personal information.
- Standard orders ship from overseas, so your name and delivery address are shared with our fulfilment partner outside Australia.
- You can ask to see or correct your information at any time, or complain to the OAIC.
Who we are
Eilik Official is a registered business name of RBS Ecom Pty Ltd (ABN 60 686 253 501), Melbourne, Australia, the authorised Australian reseller of EnergizeLab products.
What we collect
- Contact and order details such as your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order and payment confirmation.
- Account details if you create an account, such as your username and saved preferences.
- Support messages you send us.
- Usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as device and browser information, IP address and how you use our site.
We do not store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to process and deliver your orders, provide support, manage your account, keep our site secure and prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and, where you have not opted out, to send you marketing you can unsubscribe from at any time.
When we disclose your information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, for example with payment processors, our fulfilment and shipping partners, and IT and analytics providers who act on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Because standard orders are fulfilled from our supplier warehouse overseas, and some of our service providers operate overseas, your personal information, such as your name and delivery address, may be disclosed to recipients located outside Australia, including in Hong Kong and mainland China, for order fulfilment and shipping. We take reasonable steps to ensure these recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies
We use cookies to run the site, understand how it is used, and tailor content and advertising. You can control cookies through the consent banner and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
Children
Our products can be enjoyed by families, however our online store is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including tax and consumer law record keeping obligations.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. To do so, or if you have a privacy concern, contact us at support@eilik.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
