Welcome to Eilik Official. This site is operated by RBS Ecom Pty Ltd (ABN 60 686 253 501), trading as Eilik Official, the authorised Australian reseller of EnergizeLab products. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Eilik Official. By using our site or buying from us you agree to these terms.
The short version
- We are an authorised reseller, not the manufacturer.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
- Your Australian Consumer Law rights cannot be excluded by anything in these terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
1. About us and our products
We are an authorised Australian reseller. We are not the manufacturer. The products we sell, including Eilik, Eiliko, the Eilik AI Station and related accessories, are made by EnergizeLab, and their brand names and designs belong to EnergizeLab. We supply genuine EnergizeLab stock.
2. Using our site
You agree to use our site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorised way. You must be of legal age in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us.
3. Products, pricing and availability
We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, though slight differences in colour may appear between screens. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may update prices, correct errors, and limit or discontinue products at any time. If we discover a pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where doing so would be unlawful.
For a major failure with a product you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure. See our Returns and Refunds policy for how we handle this. We extend the same care to our international customers.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to clause 4 above, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to, at our option, replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable or that did not arise from our acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Support
We are glad to help with general setup and everyday troubleshooting. For software, firmware, app and battery matters, the manufacturer EnergizeLab is best placed to assist and can be reached at info@energizelab.com. Using the manufacturer support pathway does not affect your rights against us under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Orders and payment
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. You agree to provide accurate account and payment details.
8. Shipping and delivery
Dispatch times, delivery estimates and international shipping are set out in our Shipping and Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed dates.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Third party links
Our site may link to third party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
