Some features, including AI chat and firmware updates, use the free EnergizeLab app. Download it from your device's app store, or find the latest links on the manufacturer's site at energizelab.com.

Product manuals and quick start guides are available from the manufacturer at energizelab.com/support. If you cannot find what you need, email us at support@eilik.com.au and we will send it through.

Firmware and software updates

Firmware and software updates are provided by the manufacturer through the EnergizeLab app. For help with an update, contact EnergizeLab at info@energizelab.com. For anything else, our team is happy to help at support@eilik.com.au.
